Innovative Polymers tooling products include both Shore A and Shore D hardness polyurethanes and RTV silicone rubbers. The materials are formulated for easy mixing and pouring over a pattern. They exhibit low shrinkage for excellent dimensional accuracy of molds. Once cured, the materials feature good flexibility to accommodate easy demolding of prototypes and parts.
Products in the tooling line include:
- Shore A Elastomers with good abrasion resistance and tear strength
- Advanced Shore D Polyurethanes with good tensile strength and excellent tear strength
- GI Series RTV Silicone Rubbers that are insensitive to inhibition for casting over virtually any surface
- P Series RTV Silicone Rubbers that offer excellent heat resistance
