| This
series is based on the need for a user friendly, low-cost casting system.
All materials in the 3000 line exhibit low viscosity, 1:1 ratio (by volume),
and quick demold time. Great looking void free parts can be cast with no
vacuum or pressure, and they are ideal materials for rotational molding
applications. These systems are either white or translucent for easy pigmentation
and are available in several speeds. |

| Answering a need for a medium speed material that has great physicals, we developed this high-impact material with a gel-time that allows easy vacuum-assist or hand casting. TP-4004 has a flexural modulus of 115,000 psi, notched izod impact of 6.0ft. lbs./in. and an HDT of 207°F (264psi), and TP 4006 has a flexural modulus of 300,00 psi, notched izod impact of 1.5 ft. lbs./in. and an HDT of 285°F (264 psi). | |||
