Inno-FR™ Flame Retardant Polyurethanes Print E-mail

Inno-FR™ flame retardant systems include Shore A and Shore D hardness materials that meet UL 94 V-O requirements.  Several of the polyurethanes are certified through United Laboratories (UL) with yellow cards.  The diverse range of products in the Inno-FR™ family includes:

  • FX-8060, FX-8070, FX-8080, and FX-8090 are Shore 60 to 90A hardness materials that meet UL 94 V-O requirements and feature excellent tear strength and elongation.  These easy to process systems are designed for producing electronic parts, medical devices and gaming machine components.
  • RC-542 and RC-79D are fast curing, Shore D hardness polyurethanes with yellow cards. With gel times of less than 60 seconds, these materials exhibit great flexural properties and high heat resistance for molding medical and electronics devices via automated meter mix dispensing.
  • TP-4014, TP-4015, and TP-4016 are high impact, Shore D hardness polyurethanes that meet UL 94 V-O standards. These systems exhibit great flexural modulus, high tensile strength and excellent heat resistance for casting equipment housings and automotive parts.
  • VA-259 and VA-260 are Shore D hardness materials designed for vacuum assisted casting that meet UL 94 V-0 standards. Featuring high flexural modulus, VA-259 has a yellow card and is perfect for molding medical device components and electronic parts.
