Inno-FR Flame Retardant Polyurethanes |
Innovative Polymers Inno-FR Flame-Retardant systems include Shore A and Shore D hardness materials that meet UL 94 V-O requirements. Several of the polyurethanes are certified through United Laboratories (UL) with yellow cards. The diverse range of products in the Inno-FR family includes:
- Shore A Hardness Polyurethanes meet UL 94 V-O requirements and feature excellent tear strength and elongation. The easy-to-handle products are designed for use in producing electronic parts, medical devices and gaming machine components.
- Rapid Cast, Fast Cure Polyurethanes have yellow cards and exhibit good flexural properties and high heat resistance for molding medical and electronics devices via automated meter/mix dispensing.
- Some InnoPact Polyurethanes comply with UL 94 V-O standards and are high impact products with good flexural modulus, high tensile strength and excellent heat resistance for casting equipment housings and automotive parts.
- Vacuum Assisted Casting Polyurethanes that meet UL 94 V-0 standards exhibit a high flexural modulus with good elevated temperature performance. VA-259 has a yellow card and is ideal for molding medical device components and electronic parts.
